Getting a refund

Where you bought decides who can refund you.

Bought in the app. Google Play and the App Store take the payment, so they are the only ones who can give it back. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves, however much we would like to. Ask through the store you bought from. If you tell us the order number we will help you chase it.

Bought on the website. We took the payment, so we can refund it directly. Contact us with the reference from your receipt.

One thing to know either way: stones are a digital good, and once they have been spent on a chapter there is nothing to return. If something went wrong with a purchase, tell us early rather than after spending it.
