Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app under Settings. You do not need to ask us and you do not need a reason.

Deleting removes your account and the reading history attached to it. Some records have to be kept afterwards, a purchase is an accounting record and the law says how long those live, but they are no longer joined to a person who reads books.

The part worth pausing on: stones are not refunded when you delete, and the account cannot be brought back afterwards. If you have a balance you care about, spend it first.

If you would rather we did it, or you cannot reach the app, ask through contact and we will handle it within 30 days.
