Feedback

Kpnovel is being built, which is the best time to tell us it is wrong.

What is worth sending

Anything, but these are the most useful:

• Something is broken. What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
• Something is confusing. A screen you could not work out is a defect even when every button on it functions.
• Something is missing. Particularly if you are a writer and the tools do not do the thing your work actually needs.
• A book or a comment that breaks the rules. Use the report button rather than this page it reaches the moderation queue directly and gets looked at faster.

What happens to it

Every message is read by a person. We cannot promise a reply to each one, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise, but the ones that describe a reproducible problem tend to get an answer because we usually have a question back.

We do not pay for feedback, run a rewards scheme for it, or give stones in exchange for reviews.

Reporting a security problem

If you have found something that affects other people's accounts or data, do not post it publicly. Write to developers@riniktech.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before telling anyone else. We will tell you when it is fixed.
