The Alpha of Cedar Hollow

Aliah Rowan has moved nine times, survived four years in Tampa, and owns everything she has in the back of a 2009 Corolla. When her grandmother breaks a hip, Aliah drives to Cedar Hollow, Texas. It’s a town of two thousand with a bullet hole in its welcome sign and a wall of dark woods at the bottom of Gran’s lawn.

Gran has three rules. Stay out of the woods after dark. Go inside when the howling starts. And if a Kincaid boy comes calling, send him to her.

Then there’s Matt Kincaid. He’s gruff and guarded, works at the feed store, and looks at Aliah as if he’s been waiting for her his whole life. He knows what she is before she does. The Rowan women have been keepers for nearly two hundred years, weaving a net of silver light that keeps Cedar Hollow safe. Matt is the Alpha of the wolves who live inside it, and a treaty older than Texas says a keeper and a wolf can never be together.

But someone is breaking the wards one anchor at a time. A rival Alpha is waiting beyond Bell Ridge, and the Hunter’s Moon is rising. Aliah will have to decide what she’s willing to risk for a town she was never meant to stay in, and for the man the rules say she can’t have.
